Cities in India with 5G: As part of the initial phase of the 5G rollout, the Jio 5G Airtel network has been made available in numerous cities. You might be aware that Prime Minister Narendra Modi officially launched 5G services in India at the beginning of October 2022 (5G Launch in India). Vodafone Idea 5G did not launch its 5G service after this, but Jio (Jio 5G) and Airtel (Airtel 5G) did in many cities. We are going to tell you today about the cities where the 5G network has not yet been made available, but it will soon. Let's take a look at which cities, including Pune, Lucknow, and Gurugram, are on this list.
As previously mentioned, the 5G network has been officially launched in India, and both Airtel and Reliance Jio have begun providing services. You may be aware that 5G is currently available in only a few cities, but it is anticipated that other cities will follow in the coming days or weeks.
For your information, let us inform you that Ahmedabad (Ahmedabad), Gandhinagar (Gandhinagar), Gurugram (Gurugram), Bengaluru (Bengaluru), Chandigarh (Chandigarh), Chennai (Hyderabad), Jamnagar (Jamnagar), Kolkata (Kolkata), Lucknow (Lucknow), Mumbai (Mumbai), and Pune (Pune) were the cities whose names were given in the Let us clarify that while Jio and Airtel have not yet launched 5G service in all of these cities, the names of these cities were unquestionably provided by the government. As a result, the remaining cities on this list will initially receive 5G service.
Let us inform you that Jio has initially launched 5G service in four cities across the country—namely, Delhi, Mumbai, Varanasi, and Kolkata—for the time being. As a result, Jio 5G will now be available in Bangalore, Ahmedabad, Gandhinagar, Gurugram, Chandigarh, Chennai, Hyderabad, Janam Nagar, Lucknow, and Pune. After the first phase's list has been completed, Jio will only make this service available in additional cities.
Airtel's 5G Plus service is available in Delhi, Mumbai, Chennai, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Siliguri, Nagpur, and Varanasi, whereas Jio had only launched its 5G service in four cities. Airtel 5G is now available in Ahmedabad, Gandhinagar, Gurugram, Chandigarh, Jamnagar, Kolkata, Lucknow, and Pune, according to the first phase's list.
